Weekly Update for the Fourth Sunday After the EpiphanyHello everyone! Hope you are all well! Please enjoy this week's bulletin and updates! -Our Annual Meeting was a success! Thank you to everyone who attende! The following items are news(letter) worthy: -we have two (2) new church council members: Whitney Sorenson (1st term) and Alison Linn (2nd? term). Please share your gratitude and welcome them! Also, if you have any problems with ANYTHING at the church--especially with the pastor--just tell either of these gals and they will get things sorted out! -our church is now officially called "Pinedale Community Church" instead of "Pinedale Community UCC": this does NOT affect our affiliation with the UCC, it just changes our name here locally--on our website, on google, on our bulletins/newsletters, in your hearts :), etc. -In 2025, we are looking for two, new ministry leaders: 1) for Music Ministry, and 2) for Summer Lunch. If you are interested, let us know! -Hospitality Group has an Updated List. Please see Sign-Ups below and click on the link. -New Sign-Ups are available! If you want to read, help out with littles, help during Sunday school, or join a hospitality group, please sign-up below or in the hall! -Fellowship of Christian Athletes is looking for folks interested in providing a meal (either a main dish, salad, or dessert) for about 50 high school aged students in the community. If you're interested, you can consider signing up ANY WEDNESDAY in January-May! You can choose which part of the meal to bring and even do it with a partner! -Bible Group will resume tomorrow AFTER church to continue our discussion of early Christian gospels! |
